An annual tradition

Every year in October, the Federation organizes an annual meeting which enables representatives of Alliance Française Chapters from all across the USA to meet each other and network around a wide offering of workshops, dinners, social events and cultural excursions around the cities hosting the meeting, which in the recent past have been:

October 2010 - New Orleans, LA

Bienvenue à la Nouvelle-Orléans! We are looking forward to your visit October 14-17, 2010 to the Big Easy! The lovely Hotel Inter-Continental awaits you with its lush rooms and a rooftop swimming pool. You will be able to see and hear the St. Charles Avenue streetcar, and visit the French Quarter and the Jazz halls right from the hotel’s entrance. Thursday will kick-off with a private walking tour in the late afternoon and open house at Alliance Française of New Orleans. Convention workshops will be on Friday and Saturday. Delicious lunches and dinners are being organized with multiple sight-seeing choices on Sunday. So come ready to learn from our great workshops and do the Cajun two step at night!
