Please provide a brief description/overview of your AF, such as membership, staffing, programs/activities, board, partnerships, school operations/enrollment and facilities (as applicable). 500 word maximum.
Describe your proposed project and how it will benefit the growth of your chapter. Include your goal and strategies, measurable results and marketing plans (if applicable). 500 word maximum.

(For AFs where the fiscal year is the calendar year, this would be a P&L report from the most recent January-December period.) 2) Relevant supporting documents for your application, such as vendor estimates, pictures/photos, etc.
