Online Auction Terms and Conditions: 

• All sales are final. Item exchanges are not permitted and all items are sold “as is.” Items cannot be returned or refunded.
• Some items may have limitations or conditions. Read descriptions carefully to be informed of blackout dates, expiration dates, and other terms and conditions.
• If an item description does not list a specific expiration date,  then the item must be redeemed no later than one year from the closing date of the auction.
• Expiration dates cannot be extended.
• Certificates, credits or vouchers obtained at the auction cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The organization has made significant effort to describe and catalog all items correctly, but does not warrant nor represent, and shall not be responsible for, the correctness of descriptions, provenance or condition of items.
• Information in the online auction shall not be deemed as warranty, representation or assumption of liability.
• Bidders shall hold the following groups harmless from liability arising from auction purchases: the organization, its officers and staff, contractors, and sponsors connected with the auction.
